在客服部,从最开始的学习,到自己独立操作单子,一路磕磕绊绊,像一个蹒跚学步的孩子,会摔到,会犯错误,发生问题完全手足无措,跟着师傅学习的时候觉得,完全没问题,但是一到自己去独立操作,问题全都来了,简直到了举步维艰的地步,幸好有师傅和同事的帮助,慢慢的了解到这样一个个的问题要如何去解决。在我的理解中,作为一个好的客服,所要做的工作并不是只要将手里的单子操作完成就可以的,我们可以通过我们不同于别家的服务来形成自己的忠实客户,通过自己的努力来留住客户。

在这个过程中不能嫌麻烦,不能推卸责任,要站在客户的角度去想,怎样的服务是他们所需要的,我们的服务可以为客户创造什么样的便利,带来怎样的效益,我们需要的是创新,需要自己的特色,独一无二才能让别人看到我们的不同。

感谢我的师傅,同事们给我的帮助,让我一步步成长起来,我相信,通过不懈的努力,通过对专业知识的进一步掌握,我一定可以做好这份工作,一定可以做出自己的独一无二。

我做了半年的客服工作,有的时候感觉很累有的时候感觉蛮开心的,累是因为要面对有些很难缠的顾客,开心是因为我可以帮顾客解决问题。在客服的这半年时间我学到了很多,也看清了一些在学校里学不到的人生哲理。明天就要离开这里了,我不后悔虽然在今年特别难找工作的时候,因为感觉心太累了,我还没有适应这种生活。

刚来到这里就因为那边的网点缺人把我调过去了,到了那里被大家称为天才,想想哪来的天才,只是自己不懂多花了点时间而以。上面这样夸你了,你不做好能行吗?只好加倍的努力去做,老板永远不会说自己的员工已经够好。

面对客户你必须微笑,朋友说感觉自己好假,不过这个没有办法啊,客户不满意,老板就不满意,对你就更不满意了,对你不满意的直接你的工资就等于要被剥削掉一点了,其实在客服里你做的再好,有些事情上客户还是会对你不满意的。上面有上面的规定,客户有客户的想法,就像销售者和消费者的思想永远只会停留在对峙的画面,而不会相交,偶尔的相交也是被销售者蒙的。而客服和销售者又不一样了,他们只看到卖出去的量有多少,而客服就是售后服务,要保证客户对产品的使用,“有问题找客服”这是销售者甩给顾客的话,要吵架什么的都由客服来顶,客服的前台压力好大,责任也好大,外面要面对客户,要是好说话点的还好,不好说话的就是破口大骂,动手摔东西的也有。想进来缓解一下心情吧,经理看到了又要说“你怎么怎么,连这点事都解决不了x”她们拿着微薄的薪水,不但要受顾客的气有时还要接到投诉,哎呀,难啊。自从做了这行,很能理解做客服的难处,一般有什么问题我不愿去说,如果遇到真的要解决的,我也不愿和前台吵架,直接找经理,因为她们太不容易了。

大概写的有点乱了,我这次的决定离开不是因为别的,而是因为不开心,因为老板。也许每个老板都是一样的,也许等我自己也成了老板的时候也会这样,但是我起码有一点不会是这样,我不会总是说别人的不好,让自己的心情去左右自己做事情,这是不成熟的表现,一个人不能控制好自己的心情,就算你做到很高的职位又能怎么样,这里是因为有人罩你,当你自己出去闯的时候呢?

光阴如梭,邓立哲已进入幼儿园中班,随着年龄的增长,自我意识、独立意识的增强,渐渐长成了一个“小大人”,孩子是大人的“复印件”,所以平常我们也会注意不同的教育会给他带来不同的影响。

每天我都会抽出一部分时间和他沟通交流,有时是接他放学回家的路上,有时是晚上睡觉前,谈谈今天过的怎么样,或者就我们的所见所闻说给对方听一听,让他学会关注身边的事物。在与他沟通时,认真的听他说话,让他感到父母对他的重视和尊重,这样他小小的自尊心就会被树立起来。

现在电子产品很多,我们家不太反对孩子接触这一块,从实际来看,这些电子产品也是我们生活的一部分,有些益智游戏确实也挺不错的,我们觉得关键在于引导。邓立哲在家想要玩电脑或是手机游戏的时候,我们会先陪他一起挑选一个适合他的小游戏,然后将一个闹钟放在他的面前,提前告诉他可以玩多久,应该保护好自己的眼睛,时间到了自己就不玩了。大多数时候他都能够自己掌握好时间,有时也会想耐着多玩一会,我们就会规定下次玩游戏间隔的时间就会更长或者减少下次玩的时间。

在生活中,我们会常常给他讲一些励志故事或典故,陪他一起阅读,希望他养成良好的阅读习惯,这对今后的学习会很有帮助。同时也会有意识的培养他的独立性和关心他人的意识,比如我们都要出去,只能把他留在爷爷那,我们就会跟他说爷爷年龄大了,需要他去照顾一下,他就会很乐意。

另外一点,统一家庭的教育思想很重要,如果父母的意见不统一时,会使孩子无所适从,孩子对大人们的洞察力也是很强的,时间一久,在家长的意见不统一时,孩子就会利用家长的意见分歧而“投机取巧”。家庭和睦对培养孩子的规则意识和纪律感很有帮助。所以我们平常对孩子的教育有意见分歧时,都会采用背着孩子的沟通方式,而不是当着他的面前争执不休。

孩子的教育也离不开学校老师的辛勤培育,家校联盟是最好的办法,上述这些只是我平时教育他的一些心得,希望今后能和更多的家长多多交流,找出更好的育儿方法。

关注重点:防止孩子甩出去或被秋千撞到。

秋千孩子都爱玩,但看着孩子越荡越高,你的心也越悬越高,生怕孩子一不留神就飞出去了。所以,一定要事先叮嘱孩子,双手要始终抓牢秋千的绳索,不玩的时候,要等秋千完全停住了再下来。

另外,要告诉孩子,经过秋千旁边时,一定要绕着走,不然会被荡起来的秋千撞到。

跷跷板

关注重点:注意同时上下。

“木马木马两人骑,一边高来一边低。马儿马儿别淘气,我和弟弟笑咪咪!”跷跷板就是这样,需要两个孩子配合才能玩得起来,要玩得好了,就能笑咪咪。玩得不好,就该哇哇哭了。所以,你不光要注意到自己的孩子,还要注意对方的情况,告诉他们,如果不想玩了,先跟大人或对方说,否则一方下来了,另一方没有准备,很可能被狠狠地墩一下。这还是轻的,离开的那个孩子如果步子慢点儿,很可能被一下子跷起来的板子拍着。

滑梯

关注重点:不从滑梯口处往上爬,滑下去后迅速离开滑梯口。

玩滑梯很容易出现的情况就是,孩子们没有间隔地一个接一个往下滑,人多的话,你就看吧,一会儿滑梯口就开始叠罗汉了。如果孩子年龄太小,扶他上去后,要赶紧到滑梯末端等他滑下来,大一点儿的孩子,则要告诉他,如果前面有小朋友,要等小朋友滑下去后再滑,滑完后马上起身离开,也不要从滑梯出口处往上爬。

滑道

关注重点:不能中途松手跳下

要有胆识,战胜自己,就没有战胜不了的敌人

“空中断桥”这个项目是个人挑战项目,要求队员们在9米高处凌空跨越。虽然只是一米多的跨度,当你战战兢兢地站在“空中断桥”上,四周空空荡荡无依无靠的时候,脑子里很可能是一团乱麻,“勇气”、“毅力”、“能力”、“心理承受力”等纷纷跳了出来,成为跨越“断桥”的拦路虎,不少平时在工作中雷厉风行,做事干练的人此时都犹豫了。有些事情,看起来容易,做起来却很难。但只要勇敢跨出第一步,超越只是一步之遥。这也告诉我们要有胆识,没有胆就没有识,更没有成功。胆越大,识越广,先有胆,才有识。胆,就是勇气,就是魄力,敢想,敢说,敢做,敢当;识,就是见识,主见,思路。“怀抱常存见识在,管它东西南北风”。在特定的环境中,我们必须要有胆识,努力战胜自己。人生最可怕的敌人就是自己,如果能够战胜自己,就没有战胜不了的敌人。在我们的实际工作中,当我们面临艰巨的任务或遇到困难时,只要我们坚定信心,积极努力,敢于行动,就可以战胜一切困难,就可以完成别人认为难以完成的任务,也才能大浪滔天依然稳坐钓鱼船,地动山摇处惊不乱,从容不迫地推开虚掩着的成功之门。

“背摔”让我们真正体味到什么是同舟共济、相互信任。一个人站在1.4米高台的边缘,如果你相信自己的团队,那你就背对大家平躺着摔下来。这项活动看上去似乎很平常,其实它验证了人与人之间心灵的交流及可信度。“信任”与“被信任”都是源于生活中点点滴滴的积累。“信任”首先要相信自己,做什么事情都要充满自信,做任何事情都要有责任心,这样才会被信任。当我们站在1.4米的高台上,被捆上双手,高喊着:“准备好了吗?”听到队友“准备好了”的高声回应时,相信他们一定能把我们接住。有这些队友做后盾,心里就踏实了许多,大家都成功地完成了背摔。工作中我们相信自己,信任团队中的每一个成员,做事情成功的机会就会增大。而更多的成功又会使我们对团队更加信任。总之一句话:自己的能力是有限的,而大家的能力却是无限的,相信他人就是相信自己。

等身高的电网上有很多不规则的洞,我们的任务是从其中的一个个洞中钻过去,而这洞并不足够地大,当然我们是不能触及电网的。如果是一个人简直是不可能的事,而对于团队就能转化为可能。“过沼泽”训练也是对我们团队意志的考验,三个油罐桶,两块木板,要把十几个人运过一片沼泽地,在全体队员的密切配合下,众志成城,三个队全部成功地走出了沼泽地。现实当中我们经常要带领我们的团队“钻电网”、“过沼泽”,在信息不充分的条件下,能否在最短的时间里,既集思广益,群策群力,又充分发挥领导作用,果敢善断,快速形成有效决策并加以实施,是一个团队成败的关键。这两个项目给我很大的启发:没有完美的个体,只有完美的集体。只要大家团结一致、齐心协力、迎难而上,就一定能克服一切困难。

这次拓展训练,使大家的心理素质和体能得到了锻炼,个人潜能得到了充分发挥,团队精神得到了进一步增强,管理理念得到了进一步升华。 当然,这次学到的东西还远不止这些,交到了新的朋友,积累了人脉关系等等都是这次培训的收获。 学习这个过程我已经完成,接下来就是如何更好的回到岗位结合工作实际学以致用,我相信我也一样能做好。

什么样的导师是好导师呢?,nature创立了the nature awards for mentoring in science,用于表彰在指导研究生方面卓有成效的导师。有关人员广泛收集总结了学生们对其导师的评价,总结成了给导师的16条建议 [2],如对学生的智力与能力的尊重,对学生职业发展(甚至选择非学术道路)的尊重,等等。

下文分别列出这16条建议,并引用学生的comments作为例证。基于我与自己的博士导师 && 我与本科期间的两个导师的各种经历,我highlight了这些comment里让我深有感触的地方。在异国求学,一个supportive的好导师是如父亲一般的存在(撒花)~

此外,我认为导师“nice”这个说法太笼统。我认为挑导师主要有两个维度:一个是做人,一个是治学。真正的好导师,做人方面要正直、得体,尊重学生,让学生如沐春风,心情愉快,感到个人价值受到认可;做研究方面,要非常responsible,对学生的研究生涯发展很给力,所以push至少比放羊好一点,让学生紧张一点总比松懈要好——五年phd实在是好短哒。

1. be available:给学生及时的帮助和反馈

"george meets with his students very regularly and is always available to them. i cannot remember him ever cancelling an appointment with me despite the tremendous demands on his time (he was head of department for some of the time that i was his student). he reads drafts promptly and provides clear, constructive comments. he is never negative and never belittles even the most junior of students."

"undoubtedly the greatest attribute of charless mentorship style is his accessibility. rarely in the 6 years i was in his laboratory did i note him not to have an open door to discuss recent results with anyone from within, or indeed from outside, her/his laboratory. this availability combined with charless approachable attitude resulted in a mentor that you were not afraid to speak to, with whatever result you had in hand be it positive or negative. even after leaving his laboratory i founds his door was always open to discuss scientific ideas."

"hassan takes a continuing interest in his students: so, twenty years after i completed my phd with him, he is still my first port of call when i have a thorny issue to discuss, or urgently require a reference - and he has never let me down."

"elizabeth has maintained contact with her previous students and is quick to make links between the many people she knows and any project that comes under her discussion. she encourages collaboration and would very quickly point to potential collaborators. liz also would be quick toinclude students in on social occasions with high profile scientists visiting the university. this allowed students to get to know the scientists, and vice versa, and again served as a time when students could voice their thoughts and ideas to very knowledgeable and experienced researchers."

小小的comment:我觉得b在这方面可以加强。比如,介绍他的“contacts to promote their students and young staff”, 比如“when a distinguished scientist comes to visit the school they, not only introduce them, but also give them an opportunity to present or discuss their work”,比如,如果b能多给我指点一些其他学校的合作研究者就更好了。
