在vscode中安装GO语言相关插件的时候，报错：

A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond.

问题原因：

这是因为我们访问的地址被防火墙给屏蔽了，你需要改成我们国内可用的代理地址

解决办法：

在cmd中输入：

go env -w GOPROXY=

然后，重新打开vscode重新安装GO语言相关插件，即可安装成功。
