1. Input file:：xxx.in 写的程序语法都放在里面，文字模式，可以用文字编辑器打开。
2.Output file：xxx.out 文字档，
3. Device structure file：xxx.str
4. Device lV or cv ... file：xxx.log --- raw date

Silvaco 的文件系统，主要的文件类型：
输入文件“*.in”：DeckBuild 界面的仿真输入文件；结构文件“*.str”：工艺仿真或器件编辑器得到的器件结构；器件仿真结果文件“*.log”：器件仿真时存储仿真结果；设置文件“*.set”：Tonyplot 的显示设置；掩膜结构文件“*.lay”：光刻的掩膜信息；提取的结果文件“*.dat”：提取得到的数据；“*.lib”：C--编译器编写的函数文件其他文件类型：“*.sepc”，“*.opt”…

1.指定版本:
go <simulator> simflags="-V x.xx.x.R"
For example:
go athena simflags="-V5.16.3.R”
2.Mutil-CPU:
go <simulator> simflags="-P x”"(athena bca implant process and atlas used only)
For example:
2个 CPU.
go atlas simflags="-P 2”
3. Simulaiton准确度(64,80,128,160,256 default is 64)：
go <simulator> simflags="-x"
For example:
go atlas simflags="-80”
注意：, windows版本只有64的准确度
可混合使用
