颗粒增强铁基复合材料分子式：CAS号：性质：铁或铁合金基体以TiC和WC等碳化物、TiN等氮化物、TiB2等硼化物颗粒增强复合材料。其耐磨性、抗蚀性和热性能良好，硬度高，广泛用于磨削工具材料和耐磨结构部件。经烧结而成的颗粒增强铁基复合材料的性能为：硬度可高达300GPa，工作温度可达1000℃。制造方法主要有粉末冷压法、热压法和热等静压法，烧结温度在1000～1600℃之间。烧结而成的复合材料的性能依基体和增强体百分数不同而不同。在切削工具和耐磨部件中，铁基体含量通常在50％～70％之间，而在某些耐高温耐磨损部件的金属陶瓷中，铁含量可少至百分之几。
