塌陷区土地复垦技术塌陷区土地复垦技术technology of land reclamation in sink region塌陷区土地复垦技术(technologyof landreelamation in sink region)根据不同的目的和用途对煤炭开采所引起的地表破坏、变形、沉落等地面塌陷区进行填垫复垦的技术措施。塌陷区的土地复垦技术措施大致分为工程复垦和生物复垦两个主要阶段。工程复垦阶段工程复垦是主要以矿区的固体废渣作充填物料,将塌陷区填满推平覆土。它兼有掩埋矿区固体废弃物和复垦塌陷土地的双重效益,所以发展甚快,应予大力倡导。工程复垦主要有煤研石充填复垦技术、电厂粉煤灰充填复垦技术、河、湖淤泥充填复垦技术、挖深垫浅复垦技术、疏千法复垦技术、梯田法复垦技术和综合治理技术。煤歼石充填复垦技术主要采用各种煤砰石为基本充填材料,具体技术可分3种情况。①新排研石充填复垦技术。应用矿井生产排歼系统将新产生的煤研石直接排人塌陷区,推平覆土形成土地。所用运研设备主要有标准规距火车,架线机车,蓄电瓶车以及自卸汽车等。②预排砰石充填复垦技术。在建井过程和生产初期,在采区上方预计地表将发生下沉的地区,取出一定量表土堆放于周围,按预计的下沉等值线图利用生产排研设备向该地区排放研石,待到下沉停止,砰石充填到预定水平后,即可将原先堆放四周的表土推到歼石层上覆土成田。③老研石山充填复垦技术。利用己有的老研石山堆存的研石充填塌陷区以实现复垦,此时一般采用汽车运输。该法回填灵活,但成本较高,通常多用于填垫建筑场地或路基。电厂粉谋灰充填复垦技术此项技术的工艺方法是先在计划复垦的塌陷区内修筑起储灰场,利用管道将电厂粉煤灰经水力输送到储灰场,当储灰场所沉积的粉煤灰达到设计标高后停止充灰,将水排尽,然后覆盖厚度大于0.3米的泥土而形成田地。河、湖淤泥充填复垦技术靠近河道湖泊的一些煤矿,可利用河、湖淤泥充填塌陷区进行复垦。此时,实施方法是先将矿井歼石或其他固体废弃物排人塌陷区充填底部,再取河、湖水下淤泥,经管道水力输送到复垦区,使之覆盖于煤砰石上,待泥干后用推土机整平,然后改良土壤,完善排灌系统,经绿化种植之后还田。这种处置方法既疏浚了河道湖泊,又复垦了塌陷破坏的土地,而且土壤肥力也较好,适于耕种。挖深垫浅复垦技术这种复垦技术是运用机械或人工方法将地表下沉较大的土地进一步挖深,以适合养鱼、栽‘藕或蓄水灌溉,挖出的泥土见可用来垫高开采时下沉较小的地区,使之形成水田或早地。这一复垦技术投资小,成本低,操作简单,效率则较高。
