交流串级调速交流串级调速cascade speed control of AC motor实质上,这是一种向感应电动机定、转子同时馈电的双向馈电调速方法,又称双馈电机调速。实现超同步申级调速的方法有两种,一种是转子交流一直流一交流变流方式,另一种是转子交流一交流变流方式、(l)转子交流一直流一交流变流方式超同步串级调速,其原理如图1所示。I、I为两组可控桥,T为变压器。改变l组或I组可控桥的逆变角,即可改变转子附加电动势的大小,达到调速的目的。当在低同步转速下作电动机图1交流一直流一交流变流方式超同步串级调速原理图运行时,I组桥处于整流状态,将转差功率变换为直流电能,然后经,组桥逆变成交流电,并经变压器反馈至电网。当在超同步转速下作电动机运行时,,组桥处于整流状态,通过变压器从电网吸收交流电能,并整流成直流电能,然后经I组桥逆变成与转子频率相同的电压,施加在转子电路里。(2)转子交流一交流变流方式超同步申级调速。其原理如图2所示。图中转子回路接人了交流一交流变频器(又称直接变频器或周波变流器)。该变频器是由两组反并联的晶闸管变流器组成。这两组晶闸管变流器交替工作,提供转子附加低频电动势而且其频率总与转子感应电动势频率相同,适当控制附加电动势的大小、相位和相序,便可以实现电动机转子和电源之间的频率转换和能量交换。
