隧道及地下工程施工方法隧道及地下建筑工程施工时，须先开挖出相应的空间，然后在其中修筑衬砌。施工方法的选择，应以地质、地形及环境条件以及埋置深度为主要依据，其中对施工方法有决定性影响的是埋置深度。埋置较浅的工程，施工时先从地面挖基坑或堑壕，修筑衬砌之后再回填，这就是明挖法。当埋深超过一定限度后，明挖法不再适用，而要改用暗挖法，即不挖开地面，采用在地下挖洞的方式施工。矿山法和盾构法等均属暗挖法。隧道及地下工程施工时有下列特点：①受工程地质和水文地质条件的影响较大；②工作条件差、工作面少而狭窄、工作环境差;③暗挖法施工对地面影响较小,但埋置较浅时可能导致地面沉陷；④有大量废土、碎石须妥善处理。隧道及地下工程的施工方法最初是采用矿山开拓巷道的方法，故称为矿山法，此法应用范围很广。19世纪，为修筑水底隧道，创制了盾构,经100多年的改进，盾构法成为在松软地层中常用的方法之一。为避免在水下施工，19世纪末又出现了沉管法，此法主要工序在地面上进行，优点显著，应用日益广泛。在敷设管道或设置地道时，为了不影响地面房屋和其他工程设施，用千斤顶将预制的管段或箱涵配合挖土向前顶进，这就是顶管法。用这种方法穿过街道、路堤等障碍物是很有效的。用沉井法（见地下工程沉井法施工）修筑地下建筑，具有占地面积小、挖土量少、施工方便、对周围设施影响较小等优点。近年来，已发展成一种在软土地层中修筑地下工业建筑物的方法。城市中用明挖法施工，打设板桩时会产生很大噪声和振动，因此发明了减轻公害的地下连续墙法。它用专门机械开挖深槽，应用触变泥浆护壁，然后在槽中灌筑水下混凝土，以形成地下连续墙来挡土，或作为地下结构的一部分。此法的优点是产生的噪声和振动都很小。地下工程的开挖工作很繁重，施工机械化要求特别迫切。随着机械制造及冶炼技术的进步，20世纪50年代制造出用硬合金刀具直接破岩的隧洞掘进机，实现了开挖工作的综合机械化，因此获得一定程度的推广。随着岩体力学的发展,在结合现场经验的基础上,20世纪中叶创造了新奥法。此法的主旨是尽量利用围岩的自承能力,用喷锚支护控制围岩的变形及应力重分布,使达到新的平衡。这样就把支护和围岩组成一整体结构，而其中的主要承载部分是围岩。此法是在软弱围岩中施工的有效方法。施工方法的发展，除了科技人员对于地下工程受周围介质的复杂影响逐渐加深认识以外，还有赖于系列化、自动化施工机械的研制和新材料的创造，使在开挖、运输和衬砌等作业中能综合运用,并形成新的施工方法,以缩短施工期限和保证工程质量。
