核电厂汽轮发电机核电厂汽轮发电机turbogenerator for nuclear power planthedlanehongq一lunfod一onJ-核电厂汽轮发电机(turbogenerator for nu-elear Power Plant)与常规火力发电厂汽轮发电机无本质区别,有全速与半速两种。压水堆核电厂燕汽参数较低,流量大,大型核汽轮机通常设计成半速(150Or/min或1800r/min),汽轮发电机也相应为四极.有的核电厂也采用全速机组,此时所使用的汽轮发电机为两极的。四极汽轮发电机与同容量两极机组相比,在设计、制造和性能方面具有一定特点。(l)四极机组转子直径约为两极机组的1.5倍,但由于其磁扼厚度仅为两极机组的一半左右,定子铁芯外径只略大一些,所以,两者机座外形尺寸几乎相同。(2)四极机组转子质量约为两极机组的两倍,定子则较轻。定子减轻的比例与转子质量增加的比例几乎相等.因而两者的总质t大致相等。(3)四极转子励磁会在定子铁芯上诱发八波节振动,其径向振幅约等于两极机组的10%~20%。在适当选择机座自振频率和强迫振动频率以后.定子铁芯可无需采用弹性支承件支持,其转子因纵向和横向刚度相同,可无需为消除振动而开空槽。(4)四极机组冷却方式与两极机组的无区别。因转子圆周速度较低,转子氮冷时的氢气流速可较低。除氢冷却外,还有双水内冷和水一氢一氢冷却等方式。(5)在机组参数方面,两者的短路比与同步电抗差不多,四极机组的瞬态电抗和次瞬态电抗略商,瞬态电抗约为。.4~。.5,次瞬态电抗约为。.27~。.34。(6)突然短路时,作用于轴颈上的短路力矩四极机组的较两极机组的要小。由于极距较短,运行时和突然短路时定子端部绕组中机械应力四极机组的也均较两极机组的要小。(7)由于四极转子尺寸和质量均较大,使机组在加工、平衡和超速试验以及厂内外运愉方面均增大了投资。
