CIMCO DNC-Max 机床联网及管理系统在东方汽轮机厂的应用本文介绍的是CIMCO DNC-Max 机床联网及管理系统在东方汽轮机厂成功应用的一个案例，文章从工厂设备的联网需求、实施过程、实施方法及所取得的效果等方面进行了较为完整的叙述。文章对志在进行数控机床联网或想要深入了解CIMCO DNC-Max 机床联网及管理系统的读者有一定的参考价值。 四川德阳东方汽轮机厂是中国500家最大工业企业之一，中国三大发电设备制造基地之一，名列中国行业一百强。由于所生产的叶片、主机等产品工艺复杂、技术性强、成本高，因此引进了大量的国内外著名品牌的加工中心。要充分利用好这些设备，必须引入机床联网系统。经过多方面的调研、比较，最后与北京兰光创新科技有限公司签订合同，引进了CIMCO DNC-Max 数控机床联网系统。一、联网前的现状1. 程序传输(1)各分厂数控系统种类较多，接口及通信差异较大，用普通传输方法难以实现；(2)用笔记本电脑或台式机在车间里来回移动，频繁的热插拔易烧坏机床接口及计算机COM口；(3)机床存储空间小，尤其加工叶片这样很大的程序只能在机床边放台电脑，用软盘把程序拷到电脑里，再在线加工，造成有些机床常处在等待状态，程序小的干脆用人工输入；(4)车间里固定和移动电脑摆放杂乱，给编程员和工人带来了不少麻烦；(5)带网卡的机床每次传输程序时，需要打开控制面板后盖，要来回反复的插拔网线和重新启动机床；(6)有些机床存储器里的程序反复地删除和手工输入，大大的降低了加工效率和产品质量；(7)加工主机的第四分厂的机床很大，而且接口是移动的，程序的传输经常需要编程员和工人拿着软盘或笔记本电脑爬上爬下，很不方便。2. 程序管理、修改和编辑(1)程序不同版本之间的比较需要人工完成，费事费力，易出错；(2)由于传输不便，有许多小程序都是在控制面板上现编现用，不能及时反映到编程组，管理上缺乏条理性；(3)数控程序一般保存在计算机指定的文件夹里，而且文件名都是随便取的，查找很不方便；(4)电脑上的数控程序和CAD模型图、刀具清单以及一些夹具图片等都是独立保存的，久而久之，就难以辨别它们的关联关系；(5)在程序调试阶段，数控机床和电脑不能实时通信，有许多在电脑上编的程序到机床上调试更改后不能及时更新，电脑中保存的仍是老版本的程序，下次调用还需要重新调试修改；
