示波器示波器oscilloscope以图像形式在阴极射线管荧光屏上显示两个或两个以上参量间函数关系的电子测量仪器。第一台电子管示波器于1931年问世。随着晶体管、集成组件、超小型元器件和新型示波管的出现,现代示波器的性能和结构已有显著改进。示波器的显著优点是:①直观,能将波形直接显示在荧光屏上,还可用照相取得永久性记录。②量程大,可测量从高灵敏示波器的数微伏至高压示波器的数万伏的信号。③输入阻抗高,对被测系统影响极小。④反应快,能显示纳秒级的快速过程。⑤多信道,能在同一荧光屏上同时显示几个过程,便于观察、比较、测量和分析。⑥耐过载能力强,能在恶劣环境下工作。此外有些示波器具有某种特殊功能,如“存储示波器”,能将被测波形记忆下来,显示在荧光屏上,因此它能观察重复频率仅为几赫和单次过程的电信号。又如“取样示波器”,能将快速重复现象变成低速重复现象,用普通示波器即可测量极高频率的信号,其能测频率已达18吉赫以上。示波器在电子测量仪器发展史中是影响最大、用途最广、生产品种最多的仪器。
