考研阅读里，出现过这样一句话:
Its scientists were the world"s best and its workers the most skilled.
它的科学家是世界上最优秀的，它的工人是最有技巧的。
大侠有没有发现，这里出现了二者并列。不过，等等，
后一个并列句，为什么没有动词were呢? ? ?
这就是今天要说的重点：
为避免重复，并列结构中，共用的谓语动词可省略。(即使主语不同)
建议多读几次例句，最好背住-个你喜欢的句子。让这种现象在脑子里生根，未来才能发芽。
