【答案】 Nowadays, many people complain about the huge costs of festival, who call themselves “festival slaves”. They spend too much money and get tired out physically and mentally.
Some people think in the commercial times, Chinese Traditions and customs have been misunderstood and the festival has gone out of way. To save face, people have to give gifts, which will cost a lot. However, some argue that in this way they can communicate better with their family and friends. Besides, they can relax themselves.
In my opinion, there’s no need to waste money on festival gifts. Why not make telephone calls, send e-mails or short messages to show the respect? As long as we plan well , we will not become festival slaves.
