海伦·凯勒是我的偶像，因为她乐观向上的生活态度深深地打动了我。
海伦·凯勒出生在一个幸福美满的家庭，可是因为一场疾病，她失去了视觉和听觉。在无尽黑暗的生活里，她犹如一条船在茫茫大海中迷失了方向，直到她的第一个老师出现，才改变了她对世界的看法。
起初，海伦·凯勒对这位老师很抗拒。一次，这位老师在教她杯子和水的时候，她跟老师发生了一些冲突。一开始老师教的杯子就是杯子，水就是水，然而海伦·凯勒却将杯子与水混到了一起，她一气之下连老师送她的洋娃娃都给扔坏了。后来，等到她真正接触水的时候，才明白老师是对的，她不应该不相信老师说的，她也很后悔扔坏了那个洋娃娃。就是因为这位老师的辛勤教导，才成就了海伦·凯勒非凡的一生。
在生活中，我是一个面对生活不积极不乐观的人，因为我的迷茫和害怕，我才变成了现在的.样子。看了海伦·凯勒的故事，我渐渐明白了，人一定要积极乐观地面对生活。所以，我一遍一遍地告诉自己不能再害怕了，可是我真的能迈出那一步吗？我一紧张就什么都忘了，一害怕就什么都说不出来了。老师提问时，虽然我都会，但就是因为害怕，我才不敢证明自己。
自从读了海伦·凯勒的故事，我觉得自己不能再懦弱下去了，从现在开始，我要积极乐观地面对生活中的考验，我要证明自己是可以的。我要打开心锁，打败心魔，让自己勇敢起来，自信起来。我也要像海伦·凯勒一样，不向命运屈服！

She , is Helen Keller ,whom is author of.Helen Keller was born in 1880, but she suffered from a strange sickness when she was only nineteen months old.
