1.With Doppler radar data, analyzed was the flash flood in the northern Anlu in Hubei Province on 22 June , and aconceptive model of heavy rain triggering flash floods was developed.利用多普勒雷达等多种观测资料,分析6月22日发生在湖北省安陆北部的山洪,并初步概括了引发山洪暴雨的概念模型,结果表明:①引发安陆山洪的暴雨强度大、持续时间短,强降雨带(团)具有明显的中β尺度特征,山洪爆发地区的强降水由中β尺度降水带上与深厚对流云活动有关的中γ尺度强降水雨团造成;②引发山洪暴雨的概念模型可以描述如下:在有利的大尺度环流背景及高低空急流耦合下,天气尺度系统影响产生大范围降水,当受外界强迫或者存在大气对流不稳定度增强和对流触发机制时,大范围降雨带上产生中β或中γ尺度强对流雨团导致大暴雨甚至特大暴雨天气,在有利的地形条件下爆发山洪,特别是在山区前期发生了降水,土壤湿度大,地表渗透系数小的情况下极易发生。

概念模型概念模型conception modelgQlnI0n m0Xing概念模型(Coneeptionm仪Iel)从传统经验出发，根据对客观事物的认识进行定性推理及决策的思维模型。例如，在GIS的空间叠加分析中，人们通常应用思维推理方式来评价耕地的水土流失状况及进行相应的决策。经过坡度图和耕地分布图的叠加，将耕地按照坡度分类，根据对不同坡度的水土流失状况的感性认识及耕地的分布状况，应用思维推理，制定出“坡度大于25度的耕地应当退耕还林”的决策。这就是一种概念模型。概念模型中的“概念”，不仅包括传统的概念或思维，也包括新的概念或思维。例如，超图概念模型(!1”r卜grap卜hased concePtionm记el)就是以超图理论为基础进行思维和推理的模型。一个大系统的设计往往是从概念模型开始的，因为正确的思维和推理方式，将会对系统的顺利建立起到很大的作用。但是“概念”毕竟以定性的思维为基础，缺乏必要的定量分析，数据往往是模糊的，结论也往往是假设的。概念模型的应用主要取决于应用目标的不同层次。对于多因素相互制约的、复杂的客观事物进行决策时，需要建立的概念模型、结构模型及数学模型一体化的模型体系，才能有效地作出决策。(崔伟宏)
