电能计量方式电能计量方式electricity metering meansd一annengJ一I一ong fongsh-电能计t方式(eleetrieity metering means) 由于计t电能的对象不同,选择电能计黄装!的种类、结构也不同。电能计t方式与供电方式和电费管理制度等有关,因而世界各国的电能计量方式也有少量差异。中国的电能计t方式有:(1)单相供电的用户装设单相电能计量装置,三相供电的用户装设三相电能计量装里。(2)实行两部制电价的用户,宜装设最大需量表。(3)对要考核用电功率因数的用户,装设具有防倒机构的无功电能表;需要送、受双向计量时,分别装设具有防倒机构的无功电能表,对装有无功补偿设备有可能向电网倒送无功电能的用户,可装设带防倒机构的反向无功电能表,或双向无功绝对值累加无功电能表。(4)低压供电用户,其负荷电流为80A及以下时,电能计童装1接线宜采用直接接人式,其负荷电流为80A以上时,宜采用经电流互感器接人式。(5)高压供电的用户,在高压侧计量,但对10 kV供电,容量在500 kV·A及以下35kV供电,容量在315 kV·A及以下的,可在低压侧计量,即采用高供低计方式。(6)执行分时电价的用户,装设具有分时计量功能的复费率有功、无功电能表(见特种电能表)(7)有两路以上线路分别来自两个供电.点或有两个受电点的用户,分别装设电能计t装里。(8)用户一个受电点内不同电价类别的用电,分别装设计费电能计量装!。(9)中性点接地的电网或三相负载不平衡场合的计量装里应采用三相四线有功、无功电能表;中性点非有效接地的电网的计量装置可采用三相三线有功、无功电能表.(10)有送、受电量的地方电网和有自备电厂的用户,应在并网点上分设送、受电电能计量装!。
